Perfect Skin

'Behind a make-up wall we hide ourselves. Hoping to see something more... perfect'

Make-up might make us more beautiful, but it also makes us more abstract. We replace the complex and fluid colors of our skin with static colors created in factories. The variety of nature becomes the variety of the market. But isn't that what perfection is? An abstraction of reality? Then wouldn't the perfect face be an abstraction of ourselves?
